When I try to steal a runebook (unblessed) out of someone's pack, it says you can't steal that. If they're not gonna be newbiefied, then I should be able to target it and steal it. C'mon man, can't have it both ways.

Well it should weigh something. This sounds like someone doesn't want runebooks stolen. If that's a fact, then make them newbied.

Am I getting a tower, or do I need to have my realtor to keep looking?

So I'm curious, are the items that are chosen to be blessed, about the value of the item? With CBD's being blessed and not runebooks, it makes me think that it's solely about value. I don't know why CBD's would be blessed. Also, I think it would make things less confusing if all blessed items said bless. I was just trying to steal a CBD and got all excited, only to learn they can't be stolen.

Not the 3 CBD's I attempted to steal this afternoon. I got the "you can't steal that" message on all 3.

Wow, had I known they weren't blessed, I would have just killed him and purchased them from his corpse. Lemme guess, they weigh 0 stones? Is this why I couldn't steal them?

Runebooks on OSI were supposed to be blessed and only briefly weren't. They weighted 100 stones because why should a blessed item take up weight right? The fact that you can't direct-steal 0 stone items is non-related to runebooks on OSI. On freeshards (if they make runebooks unblessed) it becomes related. UOR keeps this to make runebooks harder to steal. Removing this bug would be "buffing" stealing, and we all know that's not happening. "Not fixing it" is trammel that people will just have no choice but to accept.

It's better to just murder someone on UOR most of the time.
