Ive realized that you cant WTB a keep in on this shard.. Seems you gotta catch it whenever one goes IDOC and someone replaces n sells waaaayy overpriced but hey, that's why we love it here. I too am in search of a Large Keep but just gonna wait till someone sells and play the auction game n hope to win. Free Bump and Someone help Labeler find one!

I just paid 8.5mil for a large keep. Took me about a day to find someone willing to sell. I also know others have purchased for 7.5mil+ recently.

No Forts or Keeps have dropped due to an IDOC for a long time.

Keeps and Forts have been great investment to whoever has held them in the past 6months... and I imagine they will only go up in value until winter is over.

Well @Labeler, hate them all you want, but they're your best bet to finding a fort.

ive been offered 1 fort but i didnt fall in love too quickly and the price was a little steep. then there is the fort of PUNT @ 25 mil but thats also quite steep...

i can be patient in order to find the one to fall in love with.

how does one contact IDERP? perhaps they got one on the shelve of eternal refresh
