Looking to get in contact with the owner of these two houses. The large tower is called "Castle Grayskull" and the small is called "the Blue Mages Office" Every 14 days or so I watch these two properties go from "like new" to greatly worn and occasionally IDOC and then last minute refresh. I've never seen anyone go in or out, and Ive got a friend who's a new active player and looking to buy a tower. The way I look at it, at some point one of two things are going to happen: 1 - This place is going to inevitably IDOC after you forget to refresh it and you'll log in and be bummed out you've lost your house and everything in it - Lose millions. 2 - You sell me the houses sell all the stuff inside - make millions. When I moved in I left a "Howdy Neighbour" book on the stoop with my details and everything because I wanted to buy the little house next door, was gonna turn it into my rune library and safe gate spot. It stayed there about two months before I picked it back up.
Wait for it to fall, because it probably will. I had the same situation with my current house that I wanted badly, and it finally fell after going idoc and being refreshed for 6 months straight. Good luck!
Thanks bud! When it does drop it will be an interesting idoc, there's a bunch of snazzy items on display and then lots and lots of crates. Like they started decorating and then just kind of drifted away from UO and never finished un packing.
I remember you saying! They clearly don't play. Just stay hidden and open/close an internal door when they remember.
The great thing about UO is the diversity of playstyles! Opening and closing doors on production in 1999 was some of the best times I've had in UO.
