    I dont have to add that, its forum rules. Im not the one wasting staff time, the ones making posts that they have no business making are. It hurts my sale to have 3 people who have no clue as to value to come in here and say I am overcharging on something. Someone who is naive might believe it. This is a sale I did not ask nor want an appraisal.
