Speaking Personally, considering the lack of reason behind the "legendary" status, I was trying to find a reason for the considerable price tag for a SST. not entirely sure how I can be called Brand New Player when I have been around for about a year longer than you if we go by the account creation date. I think this has been an over reaction after receiving a little bit of Banter. Please just remember this is only a game.

I've been around since OSI and honestly had no idea why this would have had a million dollar price tag. And that's not because I am objecting to your base price, but it's just one of those things that as long as I've been playing this game on and off, I've never come across the value of this house.

Whether you believe most players here understand the value of the house, elaboration on a sale is never a bad thing and making a detail that this would be great for an archer turret home for people interested in killing liches would be a good for your post as well though I would have no interest in doing that.

I honestly had no idea the platinum cost of carpet as I never had any interest in it and when I ran across this post the first time, I thought that it was included and thought that was why the price was as high as it was. A little background and elaboration on a house goes a long way. It certainly has on homes that I have purchased when I've seen a sales point that I hadn't considered when I initially looked at it. Never assume the knowledge of the player base in terms of the value of any house no matter how small or big.

A quick forum search told me this house was last purchased for 1 million. If I wanted a cool iconic house for a dexxer this would be up there as a top choice. Good luck pking someone when they have a house they can flee too but mainly I consider it a nice place to dump gold. It seems menial but I Hate recalling off to bank gold and items, especially on my no magery dexterity. the level of spawn means near nonstop killing.

6 or 7 individual liches. Taken from the gold per hour thread it pumps out >40k gold an hour on a dexxer.

That would have been a great selling point. I definitely would have considered the purchase of this home as someone who enjoys playing dexxers but often finds himself losing his weapons to pks.

Good point, you have always felt the need to give your opinion in every thread you cross. I suppose you are correct, there has always been and will always be people like you.
