Some advice @fatchildren save yourself a lot of headaches, honor the bids that were made, start timers now. Save the rest for whenever you want. People won't buy from you in the future if you have a history of shenanigans.

People always have money for quality pets, and you have some good ones in there.

Listing an item for sale and then removing it isn't breaking Trade Forum rules. It's his item and he's allowed to change his mind. It is, however, extremely bad form and causes problems, as we see here. @fatchildren, I suggest you take Holden's advice and honor the bids that were placed.
