Okay, unread forum marking is starting to make sense to me. I was partially confused by things not refreshing when I hit the back button. Using the BBCode editor fixes my typing issue but the color scheme makes it very, very hard to see. The same could also be said of the unread icon but that may just be my eyes.

I know this is being addressed but has happened to me as well.

When i first logged on yesterday, I thought I somehow had hopped on the UOF forums. Similar feel at first, but after cruising around for a while this system seems much better.
Also way easier to use on the phone now.

I am feeling like a pest with this, but i've noticed some of my old stories (you know the ones nobody reads anymore?) seem to have regular symbols like double and single quotes replaced by funky symbols. Also, some of the pictures aren't showing. I started fixing some of them myself but I noticed it was rather extensive

I figure I can go in and fix some of these myself, but I didn't know if there was a way to mass update them if the issue can be found that caused them.

To the new forum's credit we already had some funky characters that'd pop up after awhile on the old forums. Most notably, when someone had used a bulleted list.

Clicking the facebook icon just takes you to a picture of the facebook icon. The contact (?) icon just links back to the forum main page as do the forum, home and banner links. I assume such redundancy is not intended.

I just wanted to offer my positive feedback. I love the way that the new forums are coming together. Thanks for the great work.

This is much easer on my phone! Now when im at work i can see the goings On.. Now if i could just get the Main Site to Load good.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but the Search doesn't function properly. I search the word Template and check "search title" and nothing comes up. Going through this forum, I know there are many posts titled template. It worked fine prior to the update.

This is likely not as much of a concern for existing members, but the new forums are listed as a "malicious" site by some web security solutions. If you enter the URL on virustotal, it is red-listed by Websense ThreatSeeker and BitDefender.

I couldn't find a way to check what the specific security concerns of Websense were, but there are several articles mentioning Facebook is using their ratings to disincentivise users visiting links. So it is possible people first becoming aware of this shard via a link on Facebook could get the impression it is distributing malware or otherwise not trustworthy.
Likewise, BitDefender has a browser plug-in on some of their products, which would show negative ratings on web-searches etc. At least a little bit more detail can be found here.

I'm not sure whether the Admins were already aware of this, or what can realistically be done about it, but I thought it was worth mentioning, as it might turn potential players away.
