    Next, here's the copy/pasted conditions of this auction straight from Jack himself!

    13.5 mil flat price (ignore the picture, the 15 mil is no longer accurate), plat at 10k per - 1 ethy, 2 runebooks, and up to 1k plat accepted.

    Auction includes these 3 buildings. The log and the small tower are grandfathered and can never be replaced. This is a super great set of properties to own. Perfect for a vendor set up, rp guild, or just an elite unique town houses!
