I've finished macroing LP home 1,5 weeks ago and got to only 94,7 real LP and 95 shown LP (and according to Basoosh the system needs you to have 95 real skill - it would be great if someone from administration can confirm this). After that, even after 2 hours of macroing I haven't got a single 0,1 skill point.

Ohhh, that's a nice tip - didn't know that. I had 25 when trained LP.

That's a great tip, Lud Krud. I didn't realize the bonus was +0 at 10 dex.

If your goal is to be a treasure hunter, then the template you listed is a good start.

Regarding Eval INT, what exactly will you be using offensive spells for? Magery does double damage in PvM here and the bump from Eval Int should be evaluated by the player as to it's worth (100 skill points is alot) for what the character will be doing.

If the occasional ebolt... I wouldn't bother with it.

Now, if your goal is to complete treasure maps then your template is sub par (see: opinion).

Bards get the short end of the stick in UO and barding difficulty on the "mobs that matter" is not in your favor. You will need a high assortment of slayer instruments and micro manage them to be successful on higher level maps (see provoke formula) otherwise, on higher level mobs you're going to fail... alot.

As of this moment, I'd have to recommend a tamer and a lockpicking/cartography mule if you intend to solo higher level maps.
Tamers are obscenely OP and equally easy mode to level here and catered/cradled/coddled on the daily (see: #iambitter).

If you can stand to jump on the bandwagon, and again your goal is to solo and complete treasure maps of all levels, then a tamer is what you'll require.

Then again, at the end of the day you don't have to follow this advice... it's just an opinion after all...
