I have a question- would it be possible to go without tinkering?
I have it one one of my miners, but not the other ones, and no room for an extra skill. What if I cleaned out the bank, and restock shovels from there?

Could definitely do it and I’d be happy to include two versions of files for that char (one with tink and one without).

You could have around 65-75 shovels in your bank if you cleared everything out which would last around 3 hours based on the typical burn rate. Each ‘loop’ of spots takes around 32-35 shovels.

There’s actually instructions on how to lower/raise the number of shovels made by the macro(change one ‘If’ statement per char) in case you have very low tinkering and they break fast or you have high and you can save a few bank slots because they’re so durable. 35 was the magic number testing provided for most cases, but it’s entirely user-configurable.

Side note RE the spots in the macro:

I've had quite a few requests for the ability to add additional veins into the macro. This is perfectly fine and due to the demand i'll be adding a section into the PMM Instruction guide over the next week or two (so it'll be an update, not first drop) that explains exactly how spots are chosen, cataloged and added. I'll also be including the Excel workbooks that contain:
- Exact X-Y location of every PMM ore vein target
- Ore type of every ore vein (includes quite a few not in the massive ore map you can download. On that note, massive thanks to the authors of that, helped a tonne)
- Randomization pattern applied to PMM, how it is done, how to un-do it (if you ever wanted to), how to apply it to new spots etc.
- Blank slots in doco for adding more of your own locations

I'll also add in a system people can use (very simple system) I made for another customer that allows you to automatically (without modifying any macro files) get the macro to stay within guard zones or go outside guard zones based on a carried item or something similar. Means if you can't be hyper-focused on the screen you can keep it in-town, but if you want some exclusive veins or specific colors you just pick up a particular item.

Anyway, my intention was always a turn-key system where all you had to do was click 'start', but for those that are interested in pushing their PMM further (more veins, less veins, no tinkering etc.) I'm happy to help out with that too and will add parts in the coming weeks to make the PMM an overall system customers can fully customize to their needs.

It's a really fantastic macro. Really fantastic. It doesn't snag, or hang. Works flawlessly, would of paid more. Excellent instructions telling you exactly how to install and set up his macro. Takes the guessing out for those of us not fluent in the ways of Razor. And a genuinely nice guy. Whats not to love?

I just wanna add, Patek is literally a Macro Genius! I have had lengthy talks with him about his previous macro's and have personally looked thru a few that absolutely blew me away. Not only is his Sh*t legit! The amount of time this guy puts into these handcrafted all original macro's cannot be paid for in gold. Buy it or not I will not stand around and watch him be accused of plagiarizing or scamming anyone. Dude was an awesome person on the last server we both played on and made tons of macros that he gave away for free! 1 mil for a macro that can make that back in a day... All I see here is opportunity. Keep up the great work @Patek n GL on your sale buddy!

Patek, does the macro stop when a gump appears? Is there a way to have the bots guild/group message your main character when they receive a gump (for those of us with one screen or laptop)

I for one have to question the guy when, A, I don’t know him from other servers and B, he’s asking me to pay a million gold for a theory with no visible proof.

He may be the best guy in the world but how am I to know that and how am I to know it works?

It’s not out of this world to ask for proof before coughing up a million gold. This isn’t a house, it’s nothing tangible. It’s an idea. Nothing more.

If you think this is an attempt to discredit.... you’re wrong. Most of the people here except for that one idiot just want to be sure of investment as this does sound too good to be true. So let him prove it.

He made a reg buying one that people raved about about a month ago. For some reason the buyers on this one want anonymity so you aren't going to get reviews. You haven't heard of him likely because to a point most other shards frown quite a bit more on Macroing or have much better anti-macro detectors setup (I've mined for 2 straight hours before without the gump here).

I think making and buying macro's is about the thing most out of the UO spirit that one can do and I die a little inside everytime I see one of these threads BUT, I don't think there is any question as to whether Patek is legit or not

The beauty of UO is that it caters to so many different playing styles. For some, seeing kick-ass automation at work is an adventure in and of itself. To each their own.

Have answered in PM about this one as although it’s not directly possible, there are workarounds for running on one screen generally I’ve used when space was limited.

To everyone wanting proof, I am planning on a video but am legit crazy busy atm in game and IRL, so it’ll have to be when I get the time sorry. I recommend looking at the PRB and the nice words people have said RE it for some proof that I’m not stuffing around.

Also, I’ve got customers who are running the new system now and also those yet to spool it up, so I’m keen to focus on them for now. Once they’re set up and I’ve gotten the expanded install instructions for adding new veins to the system sorted too, I’ll allocate time to a video or similar.

Once again a massive thanks to the positive words from everyone, puts a huge smile on my face and gets me pumped for even more UO adventures
