wooden chests recovered from a ship wreck - 200 gold each - over 2500 available (probably closer to 3000)

metal chest with gold trim recovered from a ship wreck 4,500 gold per ~150 available

metal chests recovered from a ship wreck 2,000 gold per - ~170 available


Threw some on a vendor just outside Vesper - guard line is just in front of the house one tile away from the steps.

Why are gold trim worth double?

They look nicer.

I think that's it. They do stack better than the plain ones but I doubt that really affects the value.

because people prefer them over the non-trim ones. used to get well above 5k for each a few yrs ago
