What is your preferred Vendor location?

Do you like a Bank House cause you can bank your goods immediately and cut down on the non existent thief problem

Do you like a Gate house cause there are more of them and much easier to get to... oh and Guard zone is right there too

Do you not care... You go where the goods are regardless of house location... you just need to know where and you are there?

Anywhere the goods are. Although I do think ease of getting there is helpful, but not necessary.

There are very few brand name consistant static vendors or should I say vendor houses on the server.

I think a small house in the middle of nowhere that had a couple of vendors with consumables like reagents, wands, potions, mats, etc, location wouldn't matter.

If a new location popped up within bank distance, like Yew And they were equally as consistent for quite sometime brand loyalty would stick and the house in the middle of nowhere would continue business. However on a long enough time line new players jump on board location would matter.

In summary I think location only matters when there is competition.

Agreed, I ran my stone vendor out of numerous locations (Occlo bank, Yew, Cove) and never really noticed a difference in popularity. The competition (or lack of) definitely plays a big role in the importance of location.
