Rare hue cloth?

How do you find these? And how do you know if they are a rare hue? Is there a directory of what hues are rare and what they spawn on?
I find robes on mages in shame, and in dungeon chests? Is that where they come from?

Rare hue cloth is normally either a BOD reward or a special spawn from a holiday event, I believe.

lookin for sandal hues picked up from random healers.
are they the same as vendor hues or are they special rare hues.
kinda hard to kill a healer and not be red!

NPC hue sandals aren't rare. They drop hues from 1800 to 1910, iirc.

Same hues for their cloth plus some 100-200 hues in the 2200+ range. Nothing is really valuable, as it can be obtained from killing NPCs.

Healers don't give counts here (they did in later UOR era though, probably why you think that). Kill as many as you want.
