Buying Keep! Must Have Great Qualities. BUYING KEEP large or small doesnt matter LARGE OR SMALL

I am looking for a great new home. Reply with pictures and prices. I am willing to pay up to 30 million for this home

Qualities i am looking for:

no neighbors
close to town or moongate
cool location
the fewer previous owners the better
with deco already included (water fountains, fireplace, etc)

ok well it does have alot of unwanted neighbors and its not really close to a town or moongate because i just ran to the home and i must say i am quite winded.

BUT.... lets face it. that sumbitch has a moat already and i would DAMN sure consider that cool deco included so YES i am interested.

I can think of maybe 5, but then again even a few of those might not meet all the stats

Im not looking for a fortress, although if it has freaking CuBs and Moats then im jumping on that reality bus and taking it for a spin.

There are several keeps that i am interested in like one outside vesper or Britain or the other one outside... oh lets face it folks there is a ton of keeps out there that is close to a town or has cool deco or has no neighbors. Those are qualities i am looking for and if the property has anything of those i will be interested

I own the red circle, @Hydrox owns all the houses in front me, @Melochabre owns the fort to the east, and just in front of him is one other person that owns a few of those houses as well. So 3 neighbors to speak of, always a wondering healer, and yes we have zookeeper & event spawner right outside. Btw rich people don't run to town, and would be sold unfurnished.

I own a large keep NE of of Skara/PS town. Secure CY, large front yard. About a screen between the keep and the house in front of it (that I also own). It's the first keep you come across NE of the skara farms. 525 Lockdowns

was said when i created this thread. In my opinion a moat covers these. Only someone that has been waiting on a moat for 2 years would appreciate this

Your not going to get a well decod keep for 30 mil. Not with fountains and fireplaces.

Keep 6-8 mil - Swamp, Ice, Minoc

Nicely placed one 10-15, Secluded, minimal neighbors

Uniquely placed one 15+ i.e Vesper Guardline, Brit north Mountains...VERY Few of these around.

After that, the ONLY deco you cant currently get is Moat, a tree in the CY. The rest is easily valued due to plat cost.. fountain, fireplace etc....

Aren't there only 200 of us on the shard total? With 3x accounts per... hold on let me do maths..... Yeah very small group of people left here
