RL Event Thread: NYC Independence Day Weekend!!!

Well nerds, I will be travelling to the New Yorks this summer, between the 1st and the 11th of July.
I'd say let's do Saturday in the city, but I have this suspicion that the family will want to like, do touristy crap on that day. I'm going to try to convince them to only do touristy crap on the weekdays, for the lack of crowding. In any regard, who is within range of NYC that would want to rally up for a UOR Meet & Greet/Drinking/RL PvP session?


Post up availability, proximity and suggestions for venues or activities here. If we could pull of a CTF of 1v1 leetredpotsonlypvpinrltourney, that would be cool.

Depends on work but I'd love to drive down from the frozen north. Will know closer to the date and will be travelling with the gf so bring your fanciest fancy shirts and leetest of leet sandals!

Ok, the days are approaching quickly now. Still no idea what day will work best for partying but the wife is trying to make me schedule it accordingly.

Apparently there's no longer a 4th of July party on the 4th, but there will be my niece's birthday party on the 5th (snore, little kid party).

I'm game for whatever and perhaps a party on the 4th will be in order, if perhaps someone else in the area is having one and we can get in.

Anyway, if you'll be around, PM me and I'll send you my number or whatever and we can get smashed and talk about pixels RL.
