Those platinum coins goins directly to the backpack of the highest damage dealer? Or you need to open all dead bodies as a common loot? Kind regards.
Hi Reaper. Plat is distributed in 2 ways in the champ system that I am aware of - 1. Random drops directly into your backpack as you kill the MOBs around the altar that are spawning as part of the champion spawn. This can vary widely and isn't the fastest way to earn plat, but it's faster than random drops from non-champion spawn MOBs. 2. Platinum helping to kill the boss. Every player who fights the boss and does "significant" damage to the boss gets some plat directly in their backpack as soon as the boss dies. Generally the more difficult the boss the more plat you get this way. FYI - the boss will also drop a bunch of gold, gems and regs on the ground, but you should secure your plat before trying to mess around with this because it is not worth the risk of losing your plat. If you are trying to get plat, make sure you are hitting 500 hours of in-game time per account each month. That will give you 30 plat every month. Just stay logged in at a safe location as much as possible while you are not playing. And then you could always buy plat from players if you are wanting to earn it faster. When I started the price was much higher than it is right now, and some of the vets tell me that it tends to go up and down depending on market conditions. You can also find some semi-easy bosses to kill, like forest trolls, cave trolls, and mountain trolls.

If you go with option 1, be aware that if you just "join in" on a champ that someone else is doing, they might attack you. There is a public champ group on discord that you could join: https://discord.gg/acXwQF But beware that all of the main PK groups here have people in that channel, along with a few notorious players who are not to be trusted. But they have been able to successfully complete all the champs and even ran a public Harrower very recently. For the bosses, most rune libraries have a book. Here is one in PS town: I don't know what your skill level is, but some of these bosses are very difficult to kill alone for even above-average players. My advice is to find some people you really trust, and then send them a PM when you spawn a boss (do NOT ask for help killing a boss in IRC #Renaissance channel) so they can come in and help you kill it and hand the plat over to you. Make sure you carve the boss corpse for the pec meat as well.
Thanks very much. I killed only two bosses alone (and with my Scribe Mage, no a tamer/bard). But they spawn for casuality after be farming a lot, one Artic Ogre Lord Mage and ohter the one who spawn killing Executioners. Mostly using Blade Spirits and Poison Fields to avoid Boss dispell them. Hard, but I finally I managed to do.
Thanks for all the comments. Yesterday I got 3 Platinum coins (1 from Champ Spawn) and 2 from Trolls. But I was unable to get the peculiar meat, I only got regular meat. Is a % of chance? Thanks.
Reaper, there is one boss that is one of the less difficult ones that I don't see in that book. It's the harpy boss called "Gamayun". I don't know everywhere she spawns, but I have seen her very rarely in the Ocllo evil mage tower basement near all those NPCs, gargoyles and evil mages. But more commonly she is in the entrance to Covetous Dungeon. Go in there and wipe out all the harpies and she should eventually spawn. I've had her spawn twice within 10 minutes before, but then I've gone almost an hour without her spawning. Dragons or a mare can easily take care of her. A dexer can kill her, and one trick is to use the cave entrance to heal yourself between hits (she won't exit the cave). But she is still no joke, one guy in IRC, referring to her said "yeah, that green bird is hell." Also, in T2A near the oasis desert area, you can kill gargoyles until the obsidian gargoyle spawns. This one you will definitely need pets to solo.
Oh... is that what that thing was the other day? I was just looking around and saw it thinking "Pfft, stupid green harpy. What does it think it is, being all green 'n' shit." It promptly killed me and I felt great shame.
