I think higher reward PVM would create more traffic in condensed zones which would bring PVPers and PVMers together.

Dont get me wrong, I'm all for more stuff and it is the end of the line perk for a crafter.

You can “bahahaha” until you’re blue in the face but you and I both know the harrower plat dump ruined platinum.

Sure it would have helped tremendously if new rewards were added over time, but if not for the insane amounts of plat obtained via harrower farming, people wouldn’t own all the rewards to begin with.

I'm still bahahahaing, I'll let you know when I start turning blue. When I started playing 5 years ago plat was 6k per, and it still is about 6k per. If you have an issue with harrowers and champ spawns, this is Felluca. Your gunna have to leave town tho, get active, and play UO to stop us.

About 40 minutes ago a Villa ceased to be...nice location, hills, trees, no hostile spawn, it was north of a large lake, a waterfall to the east flows into the seas....

Housing is uor's "stock market" for me tbh.

I own 3 keeps and now a fort. I have nothing NEAR some of the rich kids, but 2 of the keeps are in EPIC locations and they also have secure cys. These will/should go for a pretty price if I can ever let go of them.

The housing market is LOW right now on keeps and I'll gamble and wait for an increase before listing.

I know @Hadrian housing can be rough when you're seeking but its equally hard to let great properties go.

It will never happen, but id be cool with 1 house per account and being forced to decide which ones to keep. I think people would probably finagle it somehow to keep more houses than they need though

I'll find space. There is still plenty of decent room. I've scoped out so much land I get gumps.

You want a plat or gold sink.. Perhaps taxes are too damn low.
*Proposed taxing of land and surrounded areas based on house model (could also be an incentive for faction warfare - effecting ongoing world dynamics.)

For me personally, it's just been a lack of time with RL stuff lately. Have never been so busy as I am now. I do log in when I can for some pvp action though.
