I run a 1 man guildtown as well. At least I hosted an event These towers would be a steal at the S/B!
I love these houses and this spot. Peace and I worked out a trade for these properties for Despise Valley (which has been owned by me two times prior to that trade) The Despise Valley housing is an easier goal for me to decorate (three towers is a bit much for one player with my playstyle) But this is top notch property. And if by life savings you mean, that I deleted all of my chars, then started over and earned a couple of mil in a few weeks to buy this, then you are correct *Peace cheated in the 1 v 1 combat, I fell for the old "Hey look" trick to which Peace promptly gave me a bean bag bop and then smote me with a carpentry hammer. It was foul play indeed.
