Is there something in the water at the SoF well that makes you such scummy trade forum users? There is literally a picture in the OP of the bank opening from inside, confirmed by captainmorgan, then confirmed by intoxable, then confirmed by nusier. I, like any rational person upon encountering a locked door, just went on test and confirmed myself that the bank definitely is accessible from inside. Alternatively, you could just PM nerk and ask him to unlock the doors. OR you could be shady and just withdraw your bid.
On the other hand, I should be thanking you for making the house more affordable for me and showing your true colors all in 1 fell swoop.

projection some? I stated reason why I withdrew. doors locked and someone stated bank was not accessible. I have been trading on the forums for years with not a single complaint. Doors are open, you can bank from inside. If the banker happens to be on the far side of the bank it could be difficult. So I wont say its 100% of the time.

Suggest you add a Yell command on ur bank macro.

First-off, thank you for unlocking the doors so I could test banking. I can confirm you can bank inside the house.

Here is my problem with it though. You have to be in the far corner and even then it is hit and miss when you yell or regular say bank. The house is valuable, but not near as valuable as the SST. I have had a vendor in that SST for over 2 years and never once while inside the house have I ever said bank and it not appear.

Depending on your play style, this can be huge. For me, moving heavy stuff around with gates, I need that bank box to appear.

For others, maybe not so much.

Hope you do well on the sale, it is a very nice location and should command good price.

Sorry I'm pointing out the reason this house isn't being sold with a 30m SB like the small tower, however this is a lot bigger and if it was the whole house with 100% bank access I would expect this to sell for 40+.
However, it's a villa and has a good rate of chance at bank access.. if I was a real vendor guy this would suit me. Enough of my derailment
