    There are some people that have been making out that this villa isn't worth it's price tag as there isn't a 100% chance to open the bank in all tiles of the house... So it's not worth 30m for these people and with these views being shared openly on this auction it's damaged the price this should have gone for.

    With all facts taken I to consideration this house should have gone for a lot more than it has and if it had 100% bank access it would have a price tag of around 40/50m.

    However, this dude got a real bargain and I look forward to seeing what this is used for and hope he don't steal my customers ;)
