WTB Pictured Houses at North Minoc

I am looking for the owner(s) of the pictured houses in the North Minoc area. Please message me if you are the owner(s) or know who owns them as I am interested in purchasing them if for sale. I am paying well.

Yeah the signs are blank. I have been leaving books on the steps trying to contact the owners, but they just keep refreshing and not leaving a message back. Even if they aren't interested in selling, I am just wanting to hear something. But of course I'd like to purchase them if possible.

I'm also assuming they're refreshing from inside while hidden so you don't even see their names pop up right?

Yeah I haven't seen a person once refreshing, but of course it could be done when I'm at work or something.

What is that macro supposed to do? I own the house directly behind these houses and have had a character parked there 24/7 and have never seen any names show up other than the random stranger running around, but not seeming to refresh the house.

Then, magically later they refresh, so not sure if they just have a hidden char parked there or what.

Yeah I have always loved the North Minoc area, even on the original UO servers it was my home.

If you provide a true finder’s fee, not restricted by the outcome of potential sales, you’d probably have better luck.

If there is a sale, I will give a finder's fee. If they aren't willing to sell, then there won't be one. That's the only restriction. The finder's fee can be negotiated. If you need a number, let's start at 100k if there is a sale.
