I want everyone to realize that this is why forts will always hold insane, and increasing value. Some people out there want to blame idoccers for the price of forts, but the reality is that the price in controlled by the available market. The market decreases at every contested idoc. Every contested idoc has salty people who will never come to terms on a fair deal. This has been the problem since the dawn of time. There are blockers out there still being refreshed to spite an enemy. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. I have a spare fort I intend to sell some day for a retarded amount of gold and this behavior just makes me more money in the long run.
