If everything comes "as shown" (including the runebooks in the stone workshop rune library below) then I am placing SB.

"EMPTY HOUSE + Empty Workshop" threw me off a bit.

I refresh 2x per week plus have a "house refresh" partner, so it will be in good hands.

I might donate it to the shard if @Chris wish to keep it and grandfather the house.

the 1 mil SB is for the Empty lot (which alone is worth at least 4 mil in lockdown)
the full deco version is on sale for 5 mil BO

Thanks but I'm not a big fun of refreshing stuff, I have lived this house every single day on this shard and I'll give it away only for someone to live in it and put it to use or else I'd rather have it die with me.

It can in theory be re-build right now, or? This would be a great new thing to try and learn for me. The knowledge of house deco mechanics behind this house is fascinating.

Sorry I misunderstood the auction. I though it was simply 5M BO and 1M SB. I wondered why nobody else placed SB. Too much gold for me to spend, although definitely worth it for those who can. I loved this house since the first time I saw it last Xmas while wandering around looking for elves. If only I'd found UOR a year or 2 earlier. SB retracted.

It was a no SB auction with the "I can do what I want" stipulation. I think it stopped at like 800k which obviously wasn't enough.

Sure why not, I will drop a SB if there is not one officially placed yet.
