Hey everyone, I'd like to get down to owning just my core set of houses and I thought this one was interesting enough to try to sell.

This house was a rune house that I inherited when a friend quit UO. The house has 150 worth of plat put into it that upgrades the lockdowns from the default of 130 to 205. I thought I'd use it as a rune house but since I have one closer to my main house this has just ended up as another empty house I refresh.

It's a great place for someone looking to start up a rune house and/or is really into house deco. Or just someone looking for a unique house. It's right next to the water for those early morning sea breezes and boat parking. If you were to buy the house deed (192,000 gold) and the plat (at today's current rate), you'd spend over 1 million in gold.

NOTE: A large tower can fit in this spot, you of course would lose the lockdown increase if you were to re-deed.
