Yes. It’s rare to find a GREAT spot that’s close to a guard zone or moongate but there are at least dozens of spots to place a 14x15 and houses drop almost daily. There are dudes on here who spend all of their time watching IDOCs and looking for spots to place towers and larger so they can sell them. Sounds like an awful way to spend your time and I’d argue it’s bad for the heath of the server but dems da rulez!

Echoing what Steady Mobbin said, yes you can find these. It requires a bit of patience scouring the map, being meticulous with every tile as one obstacle can be the difference between succeeding and failing to place. I have personally been able to place 3 villas, a brick house, and a two story L shape in the last month.

In my experience, L-Shapes or smaller are EZ. Large Patio or Larger are damn near impossible. Work with more experienced folk to save yourself some headache
@Delphyne, I assume you got your Villa. I have just placed one on the Sea, very close to Yew moongate and Abbey bank if anyone wants it for deed. Yes, there is room for a small "shed" house (or tower) in the front yard. There is a dip in the coastline behind house that prevents a 15x15 unfortunately.
