Yea, I think the problem you’re going to have is that due to the huge decline in property value (keeps have dropped 10+ mil) no ones really going to be willing to take that much of a loss on a fort they probably bought for 25-45 mil.

I think people would rather refresh and cross there fingers for an upswing.

Myself included.
