Sweet Faber, all yours. No I do not. But if you let me know what time to be on IRC I can hop on. Tay- I started playing Tuesday night and havent really stopped minus sleep. lol. I gotta play catchup!
If you want to hear a tale. I started playing UO in '97, quit in 2005 to play wow, buddy told me he started playing one some free shard called UOSA. It was fine, but there is no end game and everything is vent controlled. I was reading the forums one day and someone started raging about the shitty vets, which they are, and mentioned UOR. I read up on the forums for about 3 hrs. Called both my buddies that play and was like "hey we should go play here!". So we got all excited and made chars Tuesday night. So the event begins?! What to do? What to be?! Where to start?! So of course I made 3 accounts. So I'm stricken to macroing off for a week or two to be able to play the game again. First thing, need bandaids! Can't train skills without bandaids right?! So we start macroing. I started my tamer macroing off Tracking @ 86 atm, but the character is dead cause need for healing gains. The dexer is now GM Anat, Swords, Tactics and 96 healing. The bard (my cotton picker) is GM music and now working on detect hidden while running around. I never knew about cotton before. I've read guides about sheering sheep, that sucks. But cotton?! WHITE GOLD! We started farming cotton cause we are too poor to afford bandaids to macro off the dexers! What turned into needing bandaids turned into, "hey im not doing shit while my macro runs, I might as well pick cotton!" Before I knew it we had like 30,000 bandaids. Figured, hmm that's prob enough to GM healing, but I still don't have anything to do while the macro runs. So MORE COTTON PICKING! /super painful starting from scratch
