One screen from the Minoc Moongate - has 3 ea mining nodes (you can mine form inside). I don't have a miner, nor do i care to make one. Nice house for running between towns, gate, etc. This is for sale privately, and i reserve the right to do whatever I want with the house.
bought this from @Kiryana a few months ago and set it up as a mining house, just not too keen on Sandstones. There are multiple nodes you can hit from each side, all while inside. A proper mining trap would net some decent returns on ingots and gold via gargoyle pickaxes.
