I need help [Player Problem]

ah its no problem, the guy ended up helping me out in the end...
I asked if i could just kill cows & pigs around him and he said that was fine.
After a while, he approached me on another character and gave me gold to train my skills & stats up.

Was just enraging since im new to all these features of classic UO and it looked like he was exploiting to me.

Not a problem at all. It's a harsh world out there and there's a lot to learn.

But something i dont understand:
He told me to get my skills to 700 and my stats will gain faster that way.
He said to make a macro to double click kindling and my strength will rise
but my camping is 14.7 and sometimes i make a campfire, and besides that my strength is not raising while making camps.
and none of my other skills will go up now even while having arrows pointed down in other skills.\
Do i need to fight something powerful?

You want your camping to be at 0...with it pointed up and all of the rest of your skills locked.

From all of this I learned that I will only PK KTT members from now on and the Vesper Guard will grief them in the town of Vesper.

So the Vesper Guard will now grief an entire guild based on an incident resulting from a misunderstanding between two random individuals, which ended up being resolved in a positive manner by the two individuals involved.

Move Vesper Guard, for great justice....

Oh I forgot to mention: KTT gets special treatment because they are Trammy's.
