Small wooden home for sale on Moonglow. Close to and west of Moonglow town right next to the road, it's very close to a rune library and immediately across from the arena.

Looking for a single bid of 100k. I would also take in trade a non bonded WW (ok stats, doesn't have to be great) or a bond slot reservation (can work out any possible price discrepancy).

I have a WW I tamed recently that has really pretty nice stats that I would trade for the house! I don’t want to lie on the stats but off the top of my head I know it has 129 dex and over 750 strength and HP... somewhere in the 416? range of intelligence.
If you’d rather wait for another bid that is fine (obviously) - just let me know!

i used to have a marble workshop in same spot on Chesapeake for a vendor. i dunno about the SST but that would be a plus..

And thats a pretty decent WW a well being 760/760/130 is top stats
