Need some info on BOSSES spawn spots.

Hello, i am new to this server and id like to know if the "bosses" mob can spawn anywhere that their "normal version" spawns.

Like lets take for exemple the Blood Elemental, anywhere that i find a blood elemental, in that spawn can also spawn a diseased blood elemental? or has to be at some specific spawn locations?

Blood was just an exemple, what i am wondering is for the taming quest, and also for random bosses... like the "Dark One - Boss from Lich Lords" can spawn anywhere that i find a Lich Lord to kill?

No, bosses only spawn in specific places. Sometimes there is more than one place that a boss will spawn, however.

here is a list off the top of my head:

1. Diseased Blood: only in the bottom floor of shame
2. Beholder: only in the room prior to the bottom floor of shame
3. Artic Ogre Mage: only inside ice dungeon west of the rat fort
4. Ogre Mage: only in despise on the island
5. Purveyor of Darkness: only in hythloth level three
6. Colossus: only in titan valley
7. Ophidian Queen: only in the ophidian fortress north of papua
8. Gamayun(harpy): in level 1 and 2 covetous I believe
9. Dark One: in Khaldun at the Ancient Lich spawn and in Deceit level 4
10. Revenant(skeleton): In multiple places I believe - occlo sea dungeon, brit and vesper cemeteries I think
11. Obsidian Gargoyle: only southeast of the oasis in t2a
12. Wyvern Monarch: only Destard level 1
13. Azure Dragon: only Destard level 1
14. Elder Wyrm: only Destard level 3
15. Grand Visor: only in Wrong level 2
16. Cave Troll: only in the painted caves
17. Forest Troll: only south of Sacrifice
18. Mountain Troll: only in the Shame mountain pass
19. Efreet Sultan: only in Fire level 2

*some of these will spawn during the Zookeeper's quest as guardians of the first two bosses

The Revenant might actually spawn at every cemetery, killed that thing in Glow a few times.

I'd just like to add that I've killed Gamayun in the dungeon beneath the mage tower on Occlo island on several occasions.

Yes, all of them. Though a lot of them you will have to make sure they are isolated. POD and elder wyrm are the most difficult imo.

I did a lot of ancient wyrms on OSI (as a dexxer) and couldn't remember if I did them solo. So, if the boss could be killed solo than probably the ancient wyrm as well.

No worries - sadly most of the bosses are beyond a dexxer on here. I mean, anything is doable given enough time and consumables; but the reward for the risk and time is not enough. POD is quite difficult to solo even as a disco tamer. The environment factor of additional spawn and thieves/pks make it even more risky. All it takes is a poison field. I don't usually bother with it unless I have someone to help me out if it spawns.

All of the bosses except pod and elder wyrm can be done without disco. Disco just makes it easier

@Mes are you sure they only spawn there? I could swear PoD can also spawn in Thera keep and Colossus in Covetous Titans.

I haven't played in a year, so who knows. I think it was accurate when I typed it.

Was the Ophidian Queen removed? I have been working the Ophidian Lair for about 3 days now and she hasn't spawned.

The Ophidian Queen has a 1% chance to spawn instead of the Ophidian Matriarch, only killing them may spawn the queen. Any other ophidians don't matter for this.

Ophidian queen at the lair is very hard to spawn..

Ophidian fort has 1 matriarch spawn versus other areas that have multiple mobs that could spawn. Say bloods there are 4 bloods so each spawn has a 1% versus you only get 1% for matriarch. I spent close to 2 hours there killed approximately 70 before a queen spawned.
