    Underwater Aspects
    - Disabled the ability to teleport to any location that is now underwater, but otherwise accessible.
    - Disabled the ability to recall to locations underwater.
    - Disabled the ability to gate travel to locations underwater.
    - Disabled the ability to mark runes in underwater locations.
Note: These changes will address the methods in which players were finding themselves underwater. However should other methods be discovered keep in mind the staff have added traps down there and you might find yourself in jail should you fail to report it promptly.

    Spawners
    - Taught the spawner system how to recognize an underwater location as an invalid spawn point for monsters.
Note: By adding the ocean floor the world assigned a new surface location underwater allowing things to spawn down there. With this patch that will return to being registered as an invalid location. Additional work will need to be done to address water walking creatures spawning on shallow see through water.

    Ocllo - New Player Program
    - Disabled stealing in Ocllo dungeon regions at the code level.
Note: This was previously disabled via region controls to prevent young players from stealing without risk in the dungeons. It also confused other new players as to why the monsters were all dirt poor.
    - Improved the light level for the Ocllo new player dungeons to be more forgiving to players who lack nightsight potions/spells.

    Public Moongates
    - Updated the Cove and Serpents Hold Moongate locations to account for the updated destination points.

    Account Management
    - Expanded the character control system to support 7 characters per account.
    - Added the ability to reduce the character slots on an account back to the default (in the event of a mistake, there was no way to undo an expansion).
    - Updated the copper reward management system to better support 6/7th character slots.

My naturalist see some birds, antilope and wolf swimming together near the Skara's Brae moongate.

Any existing spawn down there the staff will slowly clear up. We could fix new things from going underwater, but fixing things already underwater was a bit of a headache.

Are we able to use archery against those unlawfully traversing the king's shoreline?

Thanks, It will be a bit as we fix all of these, but nothing new should spawn down there. We are also fixing an issue with champion spawns that are still spawning water breathing critters.
