These are available via the platinum system. They cost 75 plat (apx. 450-487k.)

Can you tell me where on the menu they are? I can't seem to find them on there.

I am unable to find this anywhere via plat menu. Perhaps once available, but no longer. My S/B stands.

The staff must have forgotten to add the item to the in-game vendors but as far as I know, these are available if you have the plat and message a GM.
