Can't figure this out...

In the old client, I used to be able to see skills increases in blue in the text chat, but with this new client... I have tried to look through the new options tab, but i do not see where to set it like it was in the old client. I have also tried to do it through the razor (show skill/stat changes), but that does not seem to work either?


I know it is just a small thing, but I really LOVED seeing that .1 skill increase.... it gives you hope as you play the game towards GMing any skill....

I've noticed when you equip a weapon with a tactics modifier, it doesn't show that change either...

Play on an authentic client like me and your proximity to childhood memories will always be on top. The new client is of course very good, but there is no soul in him, he is plastic ... There is no need to agree or disagree with me, I just write ... I just want to say that my memories are tickled in small details ... like yours.

I do miss the old client, but the drag to bring up all mobs health bars is clutch in CUO

Yea that’s a huge advantage. All the little bells and whistles like that definitely make the game easier for sure. I also felt like I was going slower with the new client. I know it’s just the animation, but I felt slower. Hah

I love the new client overall with the QOL changes, but I thought that maybe I was over looking something in the settings. I know that in the old client you could adjust when you saw the skill increases. I just liked seeing when I equipped the right weapon with the skill change popping up.

I am not at all complaining, I was just curious...

What client are yall using? I'm on the one that starts from the launcher, and I still get the blue skill notifications and green stat ones. I still have the box on the in-game menu, but I thought that was enabled by default anyway.

The launcher settings let you choose the old client or the new CUO client. It's the CUO client that isn't showing the skill increases.

Well, I just started another character today and I do see that skill increases with this char.... hmmm maybe the new client does not recognize anything over 100??
