Wouldn't the easiest fix then make it so only ghosts who are friends/co-owner/owner be able to be rezzed in house?

Casualty of war, no more resist parties but an exploit is fixed.

Easiest solution is to build a proper table wall, and always reveal/ban when you enter your house, and then a few minutes after. Ghosts in a house can't do anything if someone can't get in to rez them.

    1- REACTIVATE SPIRIT SPEAK
2- ALLOW GMS TO SEE GHOSTS
3- GMS COULD SUMON STRONGER DAEMONS AND HEAL THEM USING THE SKILL.(this will reduce tamming dependence and will create a new class of Necromancer PVMS)

So if this is going on, which it sounds like a lot of people are seeing strange behavior, is anyone working on and/or willing to share any of the ban bot macros to help try and combat this? Something that does detect hiddens at certain intervals and bans any gray targets or something? Sadly I cant script a thing but I'm sure some of the brilliant minds here have some good stuff.

What about ghosts are always visible everywhere. Stuck in war mode.

Is that baby in bath water too?

Wasn't like that in Trammel either, I don't think. OSI present day ghosts in peace are hidden.

    We can be innovators!

Whats the harm in being able to see ghosts and ban them then?

What you suggest is a workaround that is not entirely effective, not a solution.

Oh, I'd argue ghosting is eliminating risk... want to know if someone is doing a champ? Roll in and check. Guess that'd be too risky, cause then they'd see the scouts come in and could prep, eh?

*edit: not necessarily you... but you know, "you" for the counter-argument.

I don’t mind that solution either - I’m just being realistic that changes like that rarely get implemented in a timely fashion, no matter how good the idea.

@One you can’t virtue res yourself in someone else’s house.

Chances of implementation, timely or not, is another discussion. Probably best held in Trash Talk forums :)
