can we just take a moment to talk about the colours for this coming anniversary event?

I enjoy all the previously awarded colours, however I am not so keen on this coming events choices of a burnt orange and a kinda teal / vesper... although nexts years blue and pink are spot on in my opinion.

what do you guys think and what would you go like to see?

I actually like these a lot. We’ve had enough blue, pink, green variations for a while now. That vespery color is particularly neat - excited to see how it looks on masks.

Pop onto the test server, everything is there to try out apart from the books

I find them very nice. The 1171 one looks great! I´m really looking forward for it. About the 1255, I like where it goes, but it seems a bit dull from here, maybe when equiped its a different story.

I´d be grateful if anyone post pictures of those hues equiped on different items (can´t access test server for the moment)

1171 Definitely looks beatiful!
1255 Looks really good, thought it would be darker than it is (though I would pump it up a bit in bright). I like the orange range of hues, and I think there´s not enough of them around apart from 2nd ´s Blaze.

I agree with past posters that blue and pank seem overly represented during anniversaries; I also greatly appreciated Telamon listening to UORians to revise one of last year's colors because the original one was a low-level BOD cloth hue. I am looking forward to this year's alternate colors. Hoping for the Vesper purple myself.

but this other hue is sick! waiting for my bags already!

I agree that we have a lot of pinks and blues already. Those would just be kind of "who cares" for me. Guess it is easier to sell to the collectors in those cases, so at least there is that (Cause I wont want to hoard it myself I mean).

I do like the grey/purple 8th hue, but the orange doesnt look like anything special really. There is already a lot of basic orange.

If the orange could have some sort of effect like the dual coloring in the grey/purple maybe it would stand out more?

Having another reddish option would be nice too. 4th red stands alone in that regard as of now.

Uo dyes

I dont have enough gold for there to be a blue hue this year. I need a break!

Im not too excited for either color this year, im not a big fan of the 'glowing' hues, and the orange just seems orange but that is just my 2c.

Kind of like that Shadowy Blue as it appears on the stratics site, but on UOR it looks very black.

The upcoming colors look great.
