Yeah, that enhanced client was garbage!!

Quick, as I mentioned you on Discord, my problem still persists which I also brought it up on yesterday in #general chat and players reacted at it surprising.

To recap my issues:

1. I'm experiencing this problem with only one of the two accounts I have.
2. shift+ctrl does not apply only for the problematic account, but for the other. I cannot issue a command nor does it highlight the items.
3. sometimes the 4 point filter at the top left shows up by itself when I first enter the world however, unticking does not deselect the variables at all. Please see the screenshot provided below.

I'd propose you to make a screen share so you can better see what problem is causing this annoyance. In case you want to observe the problem I'm not reinstalling files until you say so.

And now for the last two days, I noticed that sometimes all the sounds and music start to play in a distorted way(?)

Note that I have never tinkered with any of the files, ever. v.3.3.0.0 Windows 10 user here.

I have to close my client out when I switch to using my Bluetooth headphones. if I don't the sound goes nuts!

Just used this for the first time today. Amazing upgrade to the initial experience of getting on the shard.

A friend and I just started playing UO again. We last played the game 18 years ago. The ideals of this shard is Exactly what we were looking for (we researched many shards) and we're super excited to get into it.

Getting to the topic, I got this running on Debian without much hassle, and am now even more excited to play.

Awesome, love seeing it working on Linux. Did you run into any pain points getting it going or was it just a matter of getting mono installed?

Just to note, I've built a "lite" version of the UO:R Launcher that works on Linux simply via mono that I plan on rolling out along with steps how to get everything going on Linux.

Yeah it was quite seamlessly getting mono installed (but i needed some googling on ClassicUO and mono for guidance because I wasn't using your powershell script),

I first had the 2d patched client running. Then discovered this thread and classicUO. I downloaded the beta.zip from classicUO's github page and unzipped it. Then changed the settings.json "ultimaonlinedirectory" to the 2d patched client and I could just mono ClassicUO from there (either the ClassicUO.exe or the one without extension I can't remember).

I have a macbook-Air on Catalina I want to get this running with next.

This would be great, i'd love to use this. It'd be nice to get involved as well

I'm trying to install the Launcher on my daughter's computer. Windows rebooted after installing some of the requirements. Afterwards I get an error about downloading from the cache. Here is the log

Cant install on a 32x based system as the laucher wont install gives error installation of visual c++ 14 runtime libraries x64 is only supported on x64 machines


Same labtop i used to play uo on for years. I can manually install the client and the patch ( only way i could see the colors ) so i can at least connect/play

Just installed this and it worked. Three nitpicks though...

1. The download page on the website stated that UOAM would be included but it doesn't seem to be.
2. Windows SmartScreen popped up to try and block the UOR download in the launcher, not sure if you had tried to fix that since the other guy said or if it was to be expected.
3. After changing the install location in the settings the Launcher would not install until I had restarted the Launcher, each time I clicked 'install' it would ask me to choose a client, then I'd click install and then I'd be asked to choose a client again, in a loop. Restarting the Launcher fixed it.

Overall, pretty sweet Launcher and everything else works fine!

I second that one, I have 3 friends that joined the shard recently with the same issue, selecting the client in a loop, they had to close and restart after that they can select it at Options.

Anyway Launcher is great

Just started using this launcher. Is there an easy way to transfer macros/settings/profile from old razor to this new one?

Hey, it should work just copying the profiles, into the new Razor folder. There are some minor issues if you are migrating from old Razor versions, ie. you will lose organizers.

If you want to go ahead and edit files, and all that thing take a look at this, someone posted it on discord I believe it was @Leopold it's not 100% accurate but will give you an idea, commented some point in yewllow.
