Now Accepting Offers on the Villa and Small tower to the left of the Big Tower... Its good to have neighbors.. Right?

Both Houses will come EMPTY, just using the villa as storage for the moment

Gonna give this a week, Either the right person is out there with the means to turn this property into its full potential or they are not & its a sign I should do it myself.

This is the former Grimoire location, now called Knights Forge. It's fighting pit was featured in the recent deco contest.

The package includes the Large Tower, Villa and 3 small stone towers surrounding it.

Located SW of YEW, North of Skara. Very secluded, minor to moderate spawn. worst I have seen is a Reaper *tree, or Air Ele

    Depends on the Offer.

Most like them empty, so lets assume that to begin

For full disclosure, I feel compelled to warn any potential buyers that evil npc's have been known to camp near this site. They often stop here after kidnapping nobles from the outskirts of Yew!

Also, pirates often bury treasure in this area which can lead to an occasional balron or blood elemental invasion!

I just want the buyers to be well aware :)

(Translation: there is a standard treasure map spot to the east, and an npc camp that spawn near here. You only have to worry about the tmap spawn if people leave sloppy seconds)

I feel its more valuable as a whole, the new owner always has the opportunity to split it up.

For me the entirety is an opportunity to hold a section of the map, turn it into something that is a landmark and appreciated by all. If its split up, then its just some random houses on a map.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

I'm sure he will take your consideration into consideration at full disclosure.

Jokes aside, these are some awesome spots. I wish I had money :(

Is there some special UO historical reference to this area? Or just UOR history?

Or in other words, I think this area was made special by Liberation and his regular hosting of events.

I don't know of any from OSI days. Voldeshard had a pirate outpost there... here it was all Liberation....

I have 3 classes left for my masters, taking 2 next semester then the capstone course in January... it is only because I don't have a ton of free time that I am considering selling these.

I actually have an event written up and mostly ready to go, just need some participations from key player groups... So if there are no worth offers by the time the event is over this weekend, I will just keep the place and limp along

    http://www.uo.com/City-Grimoire

Looks like the traditions and Mayor title and such was continued by Liberation but the location was changed. If I were to guess, after Lib running the tournament every week for a full year, Grimoire probably has more history on UO:R than it did on OSI now.

It was a pretty cool idea, wish I had thought to look through http://www.uo.com/Storyline-and-Event-Archive and continue some UO history here.

Okay I talked to Lib and he wasn't interested in making a post but he said that it was a long running event on Napa Valley and later on a shard called Angel Island. I think he said it was brought to Angel Island by GUL and Adam Ant. I guess Liberation was either familiar with it or involved with it at both locations before bringing it here.

Yea, fight nights at Grimoire were a long running thing on Napa. If I recall correctly it was originally on the beach of Fire Island. It had been a long running event even when I first started playing in 99 or so.

Adjusted the large tower backwards and moved the small tower to the front. These 2 houses are the only ones I wish to keep.

Come join the village of Knights Forge... together we can make it a reality!

Quiet honestly I am tired of wandering about with just the reapers for company!! The Air elementals think I am being snobby by ignoring them!
