The limit for bouncing in and out of the young program is 4 times to be exact. After that you need to contact a staff member if you wish to rejoin the program.

@Cosmo , Hey man, let me know if you still need help with any of this. Stat gain is actually pretty easy, just gotta know how to do it properly.

And yes, "young" players cannot perform any harmful/criminal act on other young players, thats why your guys wont fight.
