For sale: A fortress on grass. Located North of Minoc. Featuring a secure courtyard. This used to be a large keep that fell and was looted and immediately replaced by a fortress. There was not a single person there other then myself, so that means nobody there to potentially mark courtyard runes. The region that is now the current courtyard was previously unmarkable due to the front half of the keep being there. S/B: 2.5 million B/O: 5 million Sale ends 72 hours after the final bid.
You may be fairly accurate in saying the CY is secure but the land is old and I know that keep hasn't been there as long as the fortress next to it. It's a shame that setup fell though, it was perfectly aligned with the small tower in the middle and the keep to its east. Although, still much better to see it go to actual players.
