FYI: Liberation ragequit after Mes kicked his ass 2x in duels and handed over the properties to TT (before they teamed up). They ran the events for a time before he came back but all in all, he really didn't run them as much as he likes to pretend.

Also, Markos didn't try to profit off of the property, he just did it. Markos, just tell him you paid 1.2m for the place and call it a draw. ;P

The mountains are nowhere near the stable. How would you be able to scope out that stable for any duration of time if your mining at the mountains....I don't even think GM tracking can track that far from the closest mountain...

Also, I bought that property the last time it was up for sale. I'm not really profiting on anybody else's work but myself having the balls to invest in a property like that.

facts are facts, the stable master in this area was granted because of a long standing player run EVENT which benefited from having a stable in front of it, there hasn't been since and a "rune library" or "champ hub" is not a fucking event.

I literally watched after H*O had an event at their pub north of vesper to see how long the 4 town event gates would last there, 3-5 months I had to contact him and have him remove it after someone escaped death through them at an idoc right there, he had no clue they were still up.

What needs to happen is Telamon needs to find/promote someone to gm status who can/will take care of this petty shit for him because apparently Samorite is only a GM because he runs the facebook page.

I would gladly take this position but I also enjoy playing.

IDOCs happen, I just do a [where and put that data into a Help page saying "Abandoned guild stone".

Event gates are fairly different but Samorite does actually have the ability to help out there, he's just not getting as much time at the keys as he might like these days. I've foresworn taking on any such roles myself because I just can't NOT play UO and most specifically, UOR. That said, Telamon doesn't "need" to do a damn thing because petty shit is petty shit and matters very little in the grand scheme of things. He said the stables are still used and the area is still active and if he wants a stable there, it's no different than the one he built in Moonglow. Totally not necessary but not really hurting anyone. At this point, having thought even more about it, removing it would be more negative to those who have invested in the properties for the convenience. Sort of like removing mistake items instead of letting things be, because action would only result in negative outcomes.

I really don't see the big deal, it's a stable master, not a banker, not a tailor/smith, not even a mage shop. It's been there for longer than I can remember.

If you're really going to rally to have this removed then you might as well remove PAWS stablemaster, and attached custom housing.. or perhaps the Wind teleporter in the moonglow rune library.. maybe Stormhold or Wispfelt custom gardens?

It's silly. Once these things are created in game they shouldn't just be removed for the sake of "hey it's no longer in use".. It is in use, maybe not by the hundreds, maybe only by 1 person.. but it's still in use.
