SOLD! Asking 200k OBO. Close to some great Yew Amenities including: Guardzone, sheep pens, healers, the cemetery (I realize now I misspelled cemetery in the screenshot below), bank, and easy run to the public moongate. I have never seen monster spawn on screen of the home. It is also currently the only home on screen. It is great when I want to get my newbie chars to the house easily since I run them from the moongate. Overall I love the house and location and have nothing negative to say for it. I just plan to upgrade to something larger in the near future, so I'm looking to sell this one before I fill it up (and make moving much harder).
