    The transfer is yet to be completed (apparently Tabius is very busy and very Australian) but the sale will be honored. Perhaps he would be open to the idea of selling it back for a profit? Wouldn't hurt to ask!

    The property will be available for an indefinite period of time, so there is no rush. A buyout offer will still take it, though.
