If you have the skill points you can just use a 50 and a gm one. Train detect hidden to 12-20 points, this will circumvent the need for a 70 box. Then in the mid to high 70s just test the gm box every now and then until you can pick. Occollo stable shop has gm tinker made crates for 100gp.
