It's the largest house this close to a guarded zone directly next to the Moonglow tailor shop and north gate. It makes a great spot for a vendor house, faction pvp home or a nice restock / character creation anchor point. I usually just idle there or have my tailors logged out on the steps for bod pickups / drop point out of convenience.

To say this cabin is in a great spot would be a vast understatement. It's perfect for any crafter and beautiful as well. Unfortunately I can't offer a bid at those prices as I have several baby crafters to feed and another on the way (thanks Ning!). Good luck!
