Provo Onto Players

    I logged into my Provo toon today for the first time in months, took him for a spin and forgot how much fun they were, still would absolutely love to see this implemented here.

    Anybody who knows me knows that my bard is bar-none my favorite character and has more active play time than all my other characters combined. Hell, my bard has PvP'd more than all my PvP characters.

    Yeah would love this to be a thing again...It is a Pure bards only defence...Infact could do it that only bards with all 4 skills can do it...eitherway would love to be able to again

    Regarding provo on to players, I fully support it. I agree with reasons posted by others.
    Why don't we just shoot for consistency and predictability in the game, as all games always should with any system. So in saying that:

    Make all bard skills usable on players.

    We already have peacemaking causing us to forget to fight don't we?

    The debuffs would of course need to not stack with other debuffs, as is the current system. Again, consistency and predictability in the game world.

    I left for 5 months and nothing “new” was put in. Some new trammel instances and such but nothing to do with game play.

    I wouldn’t get your hopes up that this ever gets fixed/added.

    If it somehow benefited instanced events then maybe...

    Seems a bit negative to me! :)

    Esit: Also "nothing to do with gameplay" both negative AND instances are gameplay :D Probably just not what you're in to. But then, pvpers are the minority :p

    So here I am thinking about this and a scenario pops into my head.

    Im envisioning everything with just the smallest amount of a grey-scale overlay and a tinnitus ringing like after hearing a loud boom.
    You are deep in the dungeon Ice.
    The crackling of fires and people screaming is muted but overwhelming. In the distance you can hear a lute and some drums playing a familiar tune.

    ...duh duh...da da...da dee...da-duh da...duh-duh ...da da dee...duh duh...

    Ogres grunts and people's death rattles

    "aaarrrrgggeeeehhhhhhhh..."

    You notice that your arm is missing and theres blood everywhere. Your light level filter becomes useless and you scream, "why?"

    Chris' laughing starts to echo through the cavern.

    Provo onto players would be great.

    Reducing the 14% chance to break on firehorns is also great.

    Increasing the damage done by them for having 3xGM bard skills would mean I'd never have to play a gosh golly darn tamer.

    That would be... great.
