Fortress near Skara Brae on grass. Used to be a fortress here owned by a player who ragequit, so consider the possibility of that player still having a courtyard rune if they ever return. You can move the fort north-south by about 10 tiles, and east-west a bit too. I don't have a rune. Starting Bid: 3.5M Platinum, trades, etc., would be considered too. I would totally low ball you and offer 2 mill, if I thought I ever had a chance of filling the entire fortress space with more than a solitary trash barrel. But the truth is, I enjoy observing art more than I enjoy creating it (at least when it comes to house decoration). I hope whoever obtains this magnificent property puts it to good use and governs the plebes and serfs of the Skara Fields with compassion and justice.
Price is pretty firm, I think it's pretty reasonable for what I think is one of the best fort locations on the shard. I think it's the 8th-closest fort to a guard zone, nice clean grass with no possibilities of neighboring houses in front, etc. I'm tempted to move myself into this one and sell my current one, but I've just got too much stuff lying around.
Yeah I think your price is fair. I think my post was just to be silly. If you decide to move into this location, I'll arrange a moving support team! I'll personally vet all movers (which will probably consist of myself). Helping people move stuff IRL and ingame are just part of my natural attributes.

I received a very strong buyout offer and decided to take it. Had a bunch of interest around the SB, but didn't want to turn this into a bidding war and go back and forth to try to squeeze extra nickels. I'm happy with the price received and I expect the fort will be put to good use.
