Hello, Just wanted to give a shout out to Telamon (Wing Commander fan? hmm....long live OSI) and everyone for creating a great UO experience. I played UO back in '99 on Napa Valley and I've got to say, I really enjoy the way things are set up here. I didn't like things the way they went downhill when EA bought out OSI when folks could buy up skills and AoS came out and the 3d client came out and Trammel and...ugh, basically. Really looking forward to joining this community and contributing. Thank you to Chris, David Hasselhoff and all of you for the awesome guides that have gotten me started. Agreed. Only been around a few days but experienced nothing but kindness so far. Haven't left Ocllo yet though so that may change...!
Spread yer wings and fly! I encourage you to get some runebooks marked while in Ocllo. Let the Dungeon Fairy do the gating for you to save some mana should you be magically inclined.
Amen to the praise there Bill. Spend a nice hour this morning escorting NPCs to far away cities while slaying the odd lizardman or gargoyle en route - so cool and fun being able to do these simple things
