   I am able to walk right through them.. Nothing big just something I found and wanted to report.

   It is the same on the OSI shards. Full water barrels can be walked through while empty one cannot. They did that so you couldnt just block a path in the world by dropping barrels and filling them with water (making them impossible to pick up).

   Correct, however you could use an empty pitcher on the water barrel to drain the water from it.
