S/b is increased due to the fact that I paid 1.4 for this property not to long ago from Peace.
I can confirm that I've sold over 1.6mill in items from vendors. Peace can also confirm that you will make your money back with vendors with this property.
I'm selling because I have no more desire to stock these vendors
You can use the top room for archer bots, Bart can attest that I've killed his red while I was AFK with 6+ archer bots between friends.
You can cast/shoot arrows from the roof and hit individuals entering Destard!

On that Note:

If someone or a group of willing players were to buy this house, could this be a housing spot that an admin could make unplaceable? This would certainly be an expensive house to buy just for that purpose, its value is obvious, just thought I'd throw it out there.

I've had people purchase 1-1.5 million dollar small homes from me (in graveyards) for the purpose of dropping to never be replaced... Its quite possible and I'd love to see it.

Why would people want to see this house demolished?

It blocks half the dungeon entrance. I personally prefer to see those type of areas open. Just preference, nothing more. Bump for a cool house and a great vendor spot.

Sketchy people all over. EBAY for sure. There was this one dude selling a low end crappy HP laptop and it said 4K capability. Now mind you this is a standard laptop with a standard screen (1366 x 768) and simple on board intel hd graphics going up to the same resolution. So I sent him a message saying (and I did it nicely mind you) how he is advertising completely falsely on the item he is selling and he should change his listing to reflect reality as his unit comes no where close to 4K and doesn't even have full HD capability.

He replied like a month later with - "douchebag"

The laptop still sits on EBAY trying to be sold. lol
